At Orchard Designs, each item is created with care. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Due to the personalized nature of custom items, all custom and made-to-order products are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items unless:
If your order arrives damaged in transit or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us assess the issue, we require:
Damage that occurs after delivery, improper handling, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
Returns or exchanges on ready-made (non-custom) items may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.
Once a return is approved and received, refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
